Ginger Ice Cream

There are so many flavor of Ice Cream in the market Ginger Ice Cream is one of the most popular Ice Cream. To make Ginger Ice Cream coconut milk is best but there is no hard and fast rule you can use other non dairy milk. There are some recipe variations given below to make Ginger Ice Cream:

2 T. arrowroot

1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

1 Tablespoon coconut extract

¾ Cup sugar

3½ Cup coconut milk

¼- ½ Cup minced ginger

¾ Cup crystallized ginger, chopped into very small pieces

Process:

Firstly you have to mix two tablespoons of arrowroot with ¼ cup of coconut milk or other non-dairy milk. Mix up minced ginger with coconut milk together in a pan and put for boil. Remove heat and keep it aside for to steep till 25 minutes. Put the milk into ginger mixture. Now you have to mix sugar with coconut milk together and put it for boil. As soon as this mixture began to boil take off the heat and mix it into the arrowroot slurry. You can mix up vanilla and coconut extract according your taste.

Put the Ice Cream mixture for cool. You should freeze Ice Cream as it necessary. Add crystallized ginger end the last of freezing. Now Ginger Ice Cream is ready for taste.
